if I i nstall visual J++ or java JDK ,for run and compile ,must i install jvm and jre?

you must install java sdk. that's all you need for writing code in java. and of course and IDE to be easier at the begging try for example Eclipse SDK

If you install Java Development Kit it will install the jvm and jre. You're version of J++ might have an older version than JDK 1.5 (recommended least version number) and then J++ would be incompatible with the JDK. My advice is just stick with the JDK. Take up J++ later. Other WYSIWYG IDE packages such as Eclipse and NetBeans require XP. Again, learn to code first and take those up later.
